ACAC is a small business based out of Lane County, Oregon that was established in 2016, by Linda Barineau. In 2019, Linda got certified with the Oregon Health Authority as a Backflow Tester. We are Licensed, Bonded, Insured and Certified. Been serving happy clients for years by working safely with property owners, managers and water districts throughout Oregon to help protect public and private water supplies from backflow hazards.
